1. Diagnostic Fees
Diagnostic fees are non-refundable as they cover the cost of determining the issue with your device.
2. Repair Service Refunds
We stand behind our work and offer a limited warranty on repairs. If the issue persists or the repair fails due to workmanship within the warranty period:
- We will re-evaluate and resolve the issue at no additional cost.
- If we are unable to fix the issue, a partial or full refund may be issued, depending on the circumstances.
Refunds for repair services are only applicable under the following conditions:
- The issue is related to our repair service.
- The problem occurred within the warranty period.
- You provided us with the opportunity to fix the issue, but it remains unresolved.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Refunds are not applicable in cases where:
- The device has additional issues not related to the original repair.
- Damage occurs after the repair due to user error, mishandling, or environmental factors (e.g., water damage).
- Parts have been tampered with or replaced by another service provider.
Returns Policy for Replacement Parts
1. Defective Parts
If a replacement part we installed is found to be defective, we will replace it at no additional cost within the warranty period.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Parts specifically ordered for your repair or customized components are non-returnable unless they are defective. Any pre-modded console sold on Timcanfixit.com is Non-Returnable
Refund Policy for Products (Accessories or Other Items)
If you purchased an accessory or other product from Tim Can Fix It, our return policy is as follows:
- Eligibility for Returns: Products must be in their original condition and packaging.
- Return Period: Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
- Non-Returnable Items: Opened software, Modded RGH consoles, used accessories, or items marked “final sale” are not eligible for return.
- Defective Items: Defective items may be exchanged for the same product or refunded if returned within 14 days except pre-modded consoles
