Advanced Diagnostics

🪜 Z-Banding & Artifacts

Are the walls of your prints showing distinct, repeating horizontal lines? This is rarely a software issue. It requires diagnosing bent lead screws, misaligned Z-axis couplers, or binding in the V-rollers.

⚡ MCU / CAN Bus Errors

Dealing with "Lost communication with MCU" errors mid-print? We troubleshoot advanced data lines, crimp new JST/Molex connectors, and resolve terminating resistor issues on CAN toolhead boards.

🪨 The "Blob of Death"

When molten plastic completely encapsulates your hotend, don't rip it off! We safely heat and extract the plastic without breaking your delicate thermistor and heater cartridge wiring.

📐 Frame Gantry Skew

If your squares are printing as parallelograms, your CoreXY belts are fighting each other, or your X-gantry is sagging. We use precision machinist squares to de-rack frames and perfectly sync dual stepper motors.

Advanced Kinematics & Motion

Layer shifting, severe ghosting, and "salmon skin" aren't just annoying surface defects—they are symptoms of a failing or poorly calibrated motion system. If your printer relies on standard rubber belts and V-slot wheels, eventually they will degrade and introduce mechanical slop.

We rebuild X/Y gantries, perfectly align dual Z-axis systems to prevent binding, and can upgrade your standard chassis with precision MGN Linear Rails for flawless, high-speed CoreXY or bedslinger printing.

Klipper Firmware & CAN Bus

Ready to ditch Marlin and push your printer to its absolute limits? We specialize in compiling and configuring Klipper firmware. Whether you are using a Raspberry Pi, a Sonic Pad, or a BigTreeTech mainboard, we handle the complex configuration files (`printer.cfg`).

We go beyond basic setup. We install ADXL345 accelerometers to tune Input Shaping (canceling out resonance and ringing at high speeds), calibrate Pressure Advance for perfect corners, and wire lightweight CAN bus toolhead boards to reduce wire harness weight and drag.

Custom Build & Repair FAQ

I bought a Voron/Prusa Kit. Will you build it?

Absolutely. Building a high-end machine like a Voron from scratch requires precision frame squaring, complex ABS part printing, and meticulous wire crimping. We offer complete assembly, wiring, and initial tuning services for all major kits.

Do you fix BLTouch / CR-Touch issues?

Yes. Many leveling issues stem from improper Z-offset calculations or incorrect probe-to-nozzle offsets compiled in the firmware. We recalibrate the probe and re-flash the mainboard if necessary.

Can you upgrade my Bowden setup to Direct Drive?

Yes. Upgrading to a Direct Drive extruder (like a Sprite, Hemera, or Stealthburner) drastically improves the printing of flexible materials like TPU and reduces stringing on PETG. We install the hardware and update the E-steps/Firmware to match.

What is the turnaround time for a firmware build?

Basic mechanical repairs and tune-ups take 3-5 days. Complex custom Klipper builds, CAN bus wiring, or complete kit assemblies are quoted on a case-by-case basis depending on part availability and testing requirements.
