  • Diagnostic fees are non-refundable as they cover the cost of assessing your device’s issue.

2. Service Refunds
We stand by the quality of our repairs. If an issue arises directly related to the repair within the warranty period:

  • We will re-evaluate and attempt to resolve the issue at no additional cost.
  • If the problem persists and cannot be resolved, we may issue a partial or full refund.

Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

  • The problem is directly related to our service.
  • The issue is reported within the warranty period.
  • You provide us with an opportunity to rectify the issue first.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Damage caused by user error, mishandling, or environmental factors after the repair.
  • Issues unrelated to the original repair or involving additional, newly identified problems.
  • Devices tampered with or repaired by another provider after our service.
  • Any Pre-Modded console sold directly on Timcanfixit.com that is not workmanship related. (including controllers)

Returns Policy for Replacement Parts

1. Defective Parts

  • If a part we installed is found to be defective within the warranty period, we will replace it at no additional cost.
  • Return shipping is incurred by the buyer, Timcanfixit.com is not responsible for return shipping costs.

2. Custom Orders

  • Parts specially ordered or customized for your device are non-returnable unless they are defective.

Refund Policy for Products

If you purchased accessories or other items from us, our return policy is as follows:

  • Eligibility for Returns: Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with original packaging.
  • Return Window: Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Pre-Modded Consoles sold on Timcanfixit.com, Opened software, used accessories, or items marked as “final sale.”
  • Defective Products: Defective items may be exchanged for the same product or refunded within 14 days.
